ProTrades is a certified and insured Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erector with over 50 combined years of experience in the industry. We started as a small local supplier and erector working for local general contractors and developers in the PA/OH area. We focused on Metal Buildings, Insulated Metal Panels, Structural Steel and Metal Decking. Over the past 18 years, the company has grown to over 50 installers traveling the United States from the Midwest to the East Coast and everything in between. The lion share of our work is Metal Building Construction, however our expertise have extended into the IMP and Structural Steel world. Erecting a Pre-engineered metal building takes much more than skilled iron workers. Every construction crew understands not only how to install the structural steel framing, but also has experience in the detailed work of installing the fiberglass insulation, metal panels, standing seam roof panels, and metal trims.

ProTrades understands the needs and concerns of our customers. To avoid delays and frustrating situations for our client’s other trades, we do not overload our crews with multiple projects. Each one of our crews works on one project at a time, and we do not leave until that job is done. We understand the importance of schedules, and we also understand that many trades follow our work. We have to get in and out, with a weathertight roof, so that the project can keep moving forward. At the end of every project, we conduct a final walk through with our customers to make sure they are satisfied with our workmanship and that all facets of our scope of work have been completed correctly. All Final Walk Throughs will end with a digital signature on our custom software for proper tracking purposes for ProTrades and the customer. ProTrades is an established and experienced metal building erector. We hang our hat on our ability to think outside of the box and streamline the problem solving method.
